Edible Colors has been a big hit with our toddler. He loves flipping through the bright photographs of fruits and vegetables, and laughs at words like zucchini, Graffiti cauliflower, and Buddha's hand citron.
One thing I particularly like about Edible Colors is the variety of fruits and veggies, as well as the color variations of, for example, a cucumber. I generally always think of cucumbers as green, but they can also be yellow. Every other page highlights a particular fruit or veggie that comes in two colors followed by the child being shown other edibles that come in, say, blue.
A lovely book to have around the house for children and parents to enjoy. And of course, if you can get a child excited about vegetables---maybe, just maybe, your child will actually eat them!
